REFUND GUARANTEE ARTICLE 49 'The consumer may withdraw from the contract, within a period of 7 days counting from its signature or the act of receiving the product or service, whenever the contracting of supply of products and services takes place outside the commercial premises, especially by phone or at home'. EXCHANGE OR RETURN GUARANTEE 'It is the supplier's obligation to return the full amount, including shipping. Some of them require the product to be properly packaged and sealed for the money to be refunded, but this is not included in the CDC! The Code never mentions the condition of the package as a necessary factor for the return, therefore, no establishment can demand this from the consumer'.

Getting your tracking code is very simple! Just go to the Braip purchase area, click on the product you want the tracking code for, and then click on 'Order Tracking' on this tab you will be able to copy the tracking code!
